Payment regulations
Based on the terms outlined in the signed contract and the type of service utilized, customers will be required to pay either 100% or 50% of the cost upfront.
Customers must adhere to the agreed-upon payment deadlines and amounts as stipulated in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
For service renewals or new service registrations, please check your email for details regarding the amount due and transfer instructions.
If a campaign cannot be launched due to objective factors from the advertising platform, we will refund the entire unspent budget or transfer it to another campaign.
All transaction information is secured according to PCI DSS data standards, ensuring complete peace of mind for customers during payment and invoice retention.
Payment policy
Once the terms and payment methods are agreed upon and the contract is signed, customers can proceed with paying for the service to the account details specified in the contract.
After making the payment, please provide proof of successful transaction so Sóc Lửa can verify and confirm receipt of the payment.
Regardless of the payment method used, we will always provide an invoice or receipt with our seal and the exact amount received to ensure legal compliance.
Immediately afterward, we will provide the services as requested in the contract and issue an e-invoice to the customer as per regulations.
